Principal & Co-Founder
Jack Crow is Principal and Co-Founder of Shoal Creek Capital Partners, a privately-held real estate investment firm. Prior to founding Shoal Creek, Jack was already involved in the value-add industrial world in multiple capacities. Jack founded GTC Real Estate Investments in 2020, which has since acquired over 350,000 square-feet of Class B and C industrial assets in the greater DFW Metroplex. Jack and GTC also partnered with Lang Real Estate Services on multiple DFW-based joint-venture transactions between 2020-2022. In previous roles, Jack spent time as an analyst on HFF/JLL’s Debt Placement team and as an acquisitions manager for Lang Real Estate Services.
Jack was appointed to the Board of Directors of Crow Holdings in 2023 and serves as a member of the Leadership Board of the Stemmons Corridor Business Association.
Principal & Co-Founder
Prior to Shoal Creek Capital Partners, Wilson was a Director in the JLL Dallas Capital Markets office for 7 years. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has contributed to the permanent, construction, mezzanine, and joint venture equity financing of Real Estate across the United States. During his time at JLL he assisted in the origination of more than $8 billion in commercial real estate debt.
Prior to JLL Wilson spent 2 years in J.P. Morgan's investment bank in Dallas. He holds a double major in Accounting and Finance from Texas Christian University (TCU).
Acquisition and Development Associate
Prior to Shoal Creek Capital Partners, Girish was a Research and Investment Analyst at LV Collective, where he focused on ground-up multifamily development. At LV Collective, he also created multiple in-house software tools to improve efficiency and workflow. Prior to LV, Girish worked in Property Management and in Aerospace Manufacturing. Girish graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus in Data Science.
